 My favourite photography

By David Lagerlöf

This is my favourite picture. For me is so special cause it transmit an incredible power and feeling.
The picture was took by David Lagerlöf during a nazi protest at Sweden. Was the perfect moment and place. Tess Asplund, an afro-swede activist,  confront them (300 nazis) with her fist, body, spirit and face. Alone. Just her.
She was going for the street and saw it. She acted driven by rage, with brave and courage. Just with this simple act she becomes in a hero. Then, just a few seconds after, she was removed by the police, cause was an authorized protest.

In a time when the nacionalism, racism, sexism and extrem right are reborn strongly in the world, I believe that the small acts and the daily life are a crucial battlefield and resistance. We must to fight. We can't allow hate speech are normalized under the diversity of opinions.

"If this photo of me can get more people to dare to show resistance, then it's okay ... People have to come together and prove that it is not right that racism is normalizing and that the fascists are wandering our streets"

Here others iconic examples of fight and brave in the history
