My favorite
subject is ethnography. This consists of the process of raising information
through the observation of a specific human group, considering their behavior,
relationships, etc.
The subject
focuses on visual ethnography, through which the result of the investigation is
communicated through visual argumentation. This should be supported by
complementary research that puts everything in a broad context. And they are of
different types: visual, sensorial, physical (with objects), videos,
photographs and many more.
I believe
it is important because it allows you to understand the process of research and
observation itself. In this way, one is aware of the investigative method and
can be applied in a good way in the journalistic investigations. Allowing to be
efficient and responsible within the short time that a journalist has in
preparing a topic.

| Nanook of the north, is a important referent about visual ethnography |
It has been
interesting to explore the different ways and obstacles presented by research
on a simple topic. In addition to learning the importance of the visual story
to count with images and not words. This is the most complex, because
everything has a raison, a sustenance with referents, and a specific meaning.
Each part is a whole, and it talks to other parts building a great message.
